Time allocated for speakers are as follows:

Plenary speakers: 40 min presentation plus 10 minutes for discussion

Session speakers: 15 min presentation plus 5 minutes for discussion.

All speakers must keep strictly to time and should not use the discussion period to complete their talks. Session convenors will be instructed to stop speakers at the end of their allocated time.

Lecture halls are equipped with slide projectors for 35 mm slides and overhead LCD projectors. Please contact the secretariat if you would need other equipment or if you intend to use parallel projections. Projectors for previewing slides will be available for use by delegates throughout the Conference.

If you intend to prepare a Power Point presentation, in order to avoid inconveniences, the organisers would like to receive the files 2 weeks prior to the Conference. Please send your presentation to bijou@katki.hu or by snail mail on CD to Altagra Business Services, Gödöllő, Pf. 417, 2100 Hungary. The presentations will be copied to CDs to avoid technical problems.

During the Conference, the possibility of pre-viewing slides will be provided in a separate room.
